At Highland Grove Doodles, we understand that your furry family members deserve the very best care when you can't be there. We offer a safe, stimulating, and fun-filled environment for any low shed dog, but with a special understanding and appreciation for the unique needs and energy of Doodles! What We Offer: Full Day (7am-6pm -$25); Half Day AM (7am-12 -$15); Half Day Afternoon 1-6pm -$15) Supervised Playgroups: Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and energy levels to ensure safe and enjoyable interactions. Our experienced and loving staff provides constant supervision, encouraging positive play and intervening when needed. Spacious Indoor & Outdoor Play Areas: Rain or shine, your pup will have plenty of room to romp, run, and socialize. Our home temperature is set at 70 degrees for comfort, and our secure outdoor spaces offer fresh air and sunshine. Enrichment Activities: We go beyond just playtime! We offer engaging activities throughout the day to keep your dog mentally stimulated and happy. This includes puzzle toys, scent work, and structured games. Comfortable Rest Areas: When it's time for a break, your dog can relax in our cozy and quiet rest areas. We provide comfortable bedding and ensure a calm atmosphere for naps and downtime. Individual Attention: We recognize that each dog is unique. We take the time to get to know your dog's individual personality and needs, providing personalized care and attention. Potty Breaks & Fresh Water: Regular potty breaks are scheduled throughout the day, and fresh water is always readily available. Why Choose Highland Grove Doodles? Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and staffing, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any daycare cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled daycare cost. "No-shows" (dogs not brought in for their scheduled daycare day without any prior notification) will be charged the full daycare cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Vaccination Requirements: For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, the following vaccinations are mandatory and must be current: Rabies: Proof of current Rabies vaccination certificate, administered by a licensed veterinarian, must be provided upon enrollment and kept up-to-date. DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza): Proof of current DHPP vaccination series or titer test results, administered by a licensed veterinarian, must be provided upon enrollment and kept up-to-date. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that does not have valid and up-to-date vaccination records. Owners are responsible for providing updated vaccination records prior to their expiration. General Health and Temperament: All dogs attending daycare must be in good health and free from any contagious illnesses. Owners must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral issues upon enrollment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue daycare services for any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior, signs of illness, or any other condition that may pose a risk to other dogs or staff. Dogs must be free of fleas and ticks. If fleas or ticks are discovered, treatment will be administered at the owner's expense. Enrollment and Agreement: Prior to their first daycare visit, all owners must complete and sign our enrollment form, providing accurate and complete information about their dog. By signing the enrollment form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Doggy Daycare Policy.
